We meet early on with Client and Sponsor to identify needs and issues. Our process involves direct stakeholder interviews to provide granular context. Then we structure a client workshop to explore, discuss, challenge and debate the issues, before developing an energising plan with clear goals and outcomes.


As the assignment progresses, we work with clients to make progress against the structured plan and to contribute to new issues as they emerge.


Whilst client/mentor discussions remain confidential, we regularly check with the company and the client sponsor to obtain independent feedback on progress and input to refine our approach.


The total process is rigorous and yields outcomes via a tailored, holistic programme of work and progress assessment.
