Lisa embraces a coaching style of leadership. She is a medical practitioner and former CEO with more than 30 years’ experience across the healthcare, technology, community, and biotechnology sectors. She has extensive experience leading organisational transformation, coaching senior leaders, and developing high performing teams.
Lisa’s most recent executive role was 10 years as CEO of The Smith Family where she led transformation of this iconic community sector organisation delivering cultural change, above market income growth, significant program growth and increased effectiveness in service delivery. She has experience in strategic planning, marketing and brand management, digital transformation, extensive government relations and advisory board experience.
Currently Lisa has a portfolio of NED roles including as independent Chair of the Australian Research Education Organisation and Nonexecutive director of Bupa ANZ. She also continues to coach senior leaders across the Government, not for profit and commercial sectors.
