Jonathan is a Director of The Adelante Group. Whilst transitioning from senior leadership to his new career as a professional leadership coach, his employer, Salesforce, retained him to develop and coach senior leaders across the business.  Since then, he has broadened coaching engagements across a range of sectors and his coaching spans from large corporation C-suite through to leaders at rapidly-scaling technology start-ups. He has gained ICF Associate Coaching Certification.

During his career, Jonathan has had various technical, sales and leadership roles in UK and Australia, including senior C-Suite responsibility at IBM and Salesforce. As the local leader of software company, MuleSoft, he guided them through their IPO in 2017 and the acquisition by Salesforce a year later.

Throughout his leadership career, Jonathan was regarded as a leader who created a coaching culture. His businesses earned reputations as talent hubs – talent destinations.  Candidates wanted to join, confident they would receive coaching and development to enable them to flourish. As a coach, his focus is on assisting his clients take the actions which differentiate great Leaders.
