Gerald is a Director of The Adelante Group, having decades of coaching/leadership experience as a “servant-leader” C-Suite executive with a coaching style of leadership. His range of coaching/leadership assignments include roles in media, entertainment, fitness/leisure, FMCG, banking, gaming, and not-for profit sectors.

Gerald qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and after a career in banking/finance and aviation consulting, he held CEO positions in media and entertainment companies throughout Asia. Gerald has enjoyed success growing companies through establishing strong cultural underpinnings, high performing leadership teams, and creating environments which value accountability, diversity, and respect for others. His focus on clarity of vision, discipline in execution, and learning cultures have been key to his achievements.

Gerald has Director experience on corporate Boards, and currently serves as President Director on an Indonesian company preparing for listing. He believes that positive outcomes are driven by clear and accountable leadership which creates productive, empathetic, and fulfilling work environments for all stakeholders.
