Andrew, a Director of The Adelante Group, has extensive C-Suite and Board experience in the Telecommunications, Online and Financial sectors, having led organisations in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and US. Throughout his decorated career, Andrew attributes much of his success to building coaching cultures and adopting a coaching leadership style.

Andrew started his career as an engineer, a field in which he reached the C-Suite in a large scale telecommunications enterprise. This ultimately led Andrew into the Private Equity and Funds Management sector in which he has achieved great success. Andrew has held various Directorships and Chair roles on several Australian Boards, most recently as a Director of the AFL Club Port Adelaide.

Andrew has transformed companies through cultural change, establishing high performing teams, and creating environments which values inclusion, mutual respect, and self-awareness. He believes coaching leaders to have clarity of vision, discipline of execution, and empathetic leadership delivers better outcomes for all stakeholders.
